After building a foundation in finance and accounting, he relocated to the United States to pursue aviation full-time — a decision that has shaped a diverse and accomplished career spanning nearly a decade.

Beginning as a flight instructor, Damien developed a reputation for precision, patience, and a genuine commitment to developing the next generation of pilots. He went on to mentor owner-operators of corporate jets, guide crews through complex international operations, and serve as an airline captain under Part 121 regulations before transitioning to his current role as Captain within a Fortune 500 corporate flight department.
